What I bring to your company:
Self-managed, pro-active, basically you can "set and forget" me while I
excel. I get along with all my end users who end up becoming friends on
and off the job. Clients in the past have confidence on my abilities and
know that I don't just care about fixing their computer issues, but care
about their needs as individuals too. I subscribe to the thinking that
"People don't care how much you know, until they know how much you care."
My motivation for this job comes down to serving people and taking pride
in my work.

This company builds electric guitars and basses for high profile artists
like Van Halen, Limp Bizkit, Sheryl Crow, and many other popular artists.
I started straight out of high school graduation in 1987 and was part of
the maintenance crew, cleaning restrooms and emptying trash. I shortly got
a part-time spot sanding guitars in the wood shop portion of the factory.
From there I worked my way through many departments working full-time as
an employee at this factory.
I landed the final Setup Department where I learned the skills of wiring
active electronics for preamps and pickups during the building process.
After 5 years of working each department and the final stages of the
instrument, I was named Team Leader. Given the authority to write out and
perform pay reviews, procedure sheets, and run the quotas for each week.
I managed a full time team of ten workers on 10-hour shifts and gave the
company an increased output getting me bonuses and pay increases every 6
months. Finally, I left the job to pursue a career in computers.
