OUTLOOK NOT RECEIVING EMAIL?

If you're finding that you have not received emails by now, chances are the Outlook has gone OFFLINE. Please see the illustration below.

GET BACK "ONLINE"

For some reason, we are finding that Outlook will go into OFFLINE mode. To bring it back online, go the right hand bottom corner of Outlook and click on the OFFLINE status message like below. Then uncheck the WORK OFFLINE option. Your Outlook will now begin to update your email folders and you should be receiving email. Please note this may take a bit depending on how much email volume you have. 

Your Outlook email should always have the status message saying CONNECTED. If you do not, then please try the method as previously described. If you are still not getting emails, contact your Systems Administrator, thanks.
