| The next time your workstation gets an
error, instead of writing it down on paper, take a simple step and perform
what is called a "screenshot". This will give support an accurate error
message to work with and relieve you from having to explain what happened.
The next time you are in Windows and get an error, simply press the PrtScn button (or PrintScreen) -
usually in the top right hand corner of your keyboard.
Once you press the PrtScn button,
contact your Systems Administrator and they will know how to retrieve
the screenshot from there. |
